Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats 90g/3.2oz
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds 15g/0.5oz
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds 15g/0.5oz
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds 15g/0.5oz
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds 20g/0.7oz
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 245g/8.6oz
  • 1 cup seasonal fruits, chopped e.g., strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apples, 150g/5.3oz
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional, 10ml/0.34fl oz
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Divide the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls.
  • Spoon the muesli mixture over the Greek yogurt, creating an even layer.
  • Top the muesli with a generous helping of chopped seasonal fruits.
  • Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness, if desired.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest taste and best texture.

Notes

Feel free to customize the muesli with your choice of nuts and seeds based on availability and preference. For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt alternative. The muesli mixture can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to one week. If seasonal fruits are not available, frozen fruits can be used as a substitute.
