- 1 cup hummus 246g
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves 30g
- 1 medium red bell pepper thinly sliced, approx. 150g
- 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced, approx. 200g
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced, approx. 110g
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 75g
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives sliced, about 50g
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 15ml
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 15ml
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1g
- Salt and pepper to taste
