Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 ounces each | 170 grams each
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pound green beans trimmed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, if desired.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to create the honey mustard glaze.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
  • Toss the trimmed green beans with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the green beans are tender-crisp.
  • Check the salmon at the 15-minute mark to prevent overcooking. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the salmon and green beans to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve the honey mustard baked salmon and green beans hot, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.

Notes

For an even more Mediterranean twist, consider adding a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese over the salmon during the last few minutes of baking.
